Weeknight dinners & chicken
If it needs three pans, it is not a weeknight recipe.
Maya likes dinners that start with what is already in the fridge. Her favorite recipes have fewer than ten ingredients and leave one pan to wash.
She is strict about two things on the page: every meat recipe states the safe internal temperature, and every step says what to look for, not only how many minutes to wait.
She edits the dinner, chicken and beef recipes, and keeps the introductions short so the recipe card is never far away.
